New Students – summer dates for documentation submission

New Student Admissions – Summer dates for collection of complete documentation.

The School Board Office will be open four days in the summer to collect original documentation to complete online student application packages.  A list of those required documents can be found HERE.

Our collection dates are:

July 17, 2019
July 31, 2019
August 14, 2019
August 21, 2019

You may drop off complete documentation on those days any time between 10 am – 1 pm.

These will be our only collection dates during the summer.  If you are unable to make these dates our school offices reopen on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.

The School Board Office is located at 1075 21^st Street in West Vancouver.

Of note:

• – Incomplete documentation will not be accepted
• – Documents must be presented in person by the parent or legal guardian (not a family member, friend or caregiver)
• – We are not able to confirm placement of your child during this collection time
• – No details regarding availability or waitlists will be given during this collection time

Your first choice school will contact you once offices re-open for admissions queries on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 with further information.
