Program Requirements:

The student is entering Grades 11 or 12 (all genders eligible)
For the 2023-24 school year West Vancouver Schools is moving back to a Linear secondary schedule. As a result, students will attend their home schools and ITA Carpentry on alternating days (Day1/Day 2).
Interested students from other districts should contact Akina Weitzel at aweitzel@wvschools.ca as soon as possible so that we can work with their home school to develop a shared plan.
Parents are responsible for providing transportation for the student to and from West Vancouver Secondary School
The program fee is $625.00 including parent responsibility to purchase the student steel-toed boots
A component of the selection process is for Program Staff to conduct an interview with the student prior to the start of the program
Student is willing to participate in an interview prior to the program.
Students must have a Social Insurance Number prior to beginning the program
