  • Responsible for year-long practice & training plans for international travel & Olympic qualification process
  • Responsible for emotional support & proactive action leading towards overall health of athletes
  • Provide supplemental technical/tactical guidance aligned with the gap analysis, competition priorities, long-term objectives for each athlete based on Volleyball Canada’s Key Performance Indicators & Podium Pathway

University of Alabama Beach Volleyball Assist Coach

  • Responsible for recruiting future athletes, along with competition & practice schedule of the team
  • Responsible for practice planning & leading, as well as camp & clinics for recruits, facilitating and teaching volleyball team skills, techniques, and habits to all athletes
