Hollyburn School, in cooperation with the community, enables and inspires individuals to discover and develop their full potential in supportive learning environments. Situated in the picturesque seaside community of Ambleside, Hollyburn Elementary’s school setting and physical amenities are unparalleled.
The original structure, built in 1913, combines the charm of a heritage building with the functions of a modern facility. Our facility features an adventure playground (newly revitalized September 2008), grass playing field, outdoor basketball court, and tranquil inner garden. Indoor amenities feature three highspeed wireless computer hubs, a large automated library, large classrooms, gymnasium, and dedicated specialty learning centres including Learning Assistance, English as a Second Language, and Special Education.
