Cancer Awareness Week-June 4th-8th
CANCER AWARENESS WEEK - JUNE 4th-8th in partnership with Cops for Cancer
The culmination of this awareness week is a Benefit Bash at 4pm on Friday, June 8th. There will be a barbecue, games, guest speakers, and a draw to shave a police officer's and Mr. Sandor's head if the fundraising goal of $2500 is reached. The whole community is welcome to participate in the fun, while supporting a great cause. All donations welcome in support of Cops for Cancer.
For the information of any in the Rockridge Community who wish to support the students in their fundraising and awareness for West Vancouver Police Cops for Cancer and the Tour de Coast 2018, here are links for direct on-line donations to our 2018 riders Sgt. Tom Wolff Von Gudenberg and Cst Chris Bigland..
On-line donations send your support directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, and tax receipts can be directly emailed to donors. To ensure we accurately capture donations from the Rockridge community, we’d ask donors to indicate “Supporting Rockridge Cancer Awareness Week” in the section provided for remarks by on-line donors. Each rider has an individual donor page that can be selected as donors wish.
