Sandra-Lynn Shortall

Sandra-Lynn’s educational background includes Bachelor Degrees in Education and Special Education, a Masters of Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy. Sandra-Lynn began her career teaching in Special Education and has been a school and district administrator in West Vancouver for 21 years. From 2010-2019 she has been a District Principal in Early Learning and Student Support Services, and from 2019-2024 was the Director of Inclusive Education for West Vancouver School District. Sandra-Lynn is highly regarded for her collaborative approach to issues, her creative thinking and passionate dedication to our students. In addition to this, she has gained local and international acclaim for her work with self-regulation, inclusive education and early learning. Sandra-Lynn has been serving as Assistant Superintendent since August 2024.
