Graduation Numeracy Assessment (GNA)

All Grade 11 students will have their first opportunity to write the Graduation Numeracy Assessment (GNA) in June.  The GNA is a 2-hour Ministry Assessment completed for the most part on a computer, with two graphing questions done on paper.  All students are permitted an additional hour if needed.  Completion of the GNA is a graduation requirement.  Dates of the assessment are Monday, June 24th through Wednesday, June 26th.   Students have been assigned to a session on one of those days.  Students are encouraged to check the lists posted on the whiteboard in the front entrance of the school. Please note that students can write the assessment up to three times.  During their Grade 12 year, additional sessions in November and January will be provided for any current Grade 11 students who are unable to write in June or who wish to wish to take it again.  For more information on the Graduation Numeracy Assessment, please access information from the Ministry here.
