All graduating students are expected to attend this mandatory commencement rehearsal.  At this time, they will be provided very specific information on ceremony proceedings and we absolutely need everyone there.  We will meet in the Gym at approximately 11:30 (you will be called down via the PA) and grads will be seated by Alpha. Their names will be on a chair and they are to sit in their assigned seat.
Once the rehearsal is complete graduates will head to Players Hall to receive their Graduation Gown, V-Stole, and Cap. These will be taken home and graduates should arrive at the Orpheum on Sunday wearing them, along with gold cords for those students on the Honour Roll.
Of special note – Upon exiting the Orpheum, Graduates will need to remove their gowns and v-stoles and staff will collect them.  It is very important that gowns are returned as there will be a $120. charge for any gowns that are not returned.
If you have any concerns about the rehearsal you must directly see Mr. Sandor prior to the rehearsal.
