Parents and Guardians

As a Chartwell parent, you are a member of the Chartwell Parent Advisory Council (CPAC). CPAC is the parent organization that works with the school administration, staff, students and parents to enrich the programming at the school and help build a sense of community for all stakeholders.

You are welcome and encouraged to get involved with various CPAC initiatives that interest you and that you can commit to. Some ways you can help, are by joining the CPAC executive, helping support the hot lunch program, volunteering as a class parent and volunteering at the school’s many social events. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up here

All parents and caregivers at Chartwell are invited to attend monthly general meetings. This year, CPAC meetings are in person one Wednesday a month, mornings at 9:00 am in the learning commons (Library). CPAC updates will be shared with all families weekly through the e-bulletin.
