Ridgeview Intermediate Students Present SEUSSICAL JR.

SEUSSICAL JR. is coming next week to Ridgeview!

Theatre brings out the best in kids.  The grade 7 cast (with a few grade 6 cast members) is comprised of individuals who auditioned for their roles, some not believing they could sing, dance, or act.  Well, let me tell you that musical theatre brings out the talent and seeing the children’s faces glow with their achievements is phenomenal.  They also learn how to work together, become responsible, and expand on their experiences past what they would normally do in elementary school. Theatre is the only art form in which so many skills and different personalities all do their parts to assemble this complex piece of collaborative art form.  Everyone involved gets to work in their area of strength to collaborate to the whole.  There is nothing else like it, and the kids feel this when they pull off a great performance.

If you have not ordered your tickets yet, please do so as soon as possible as ticket orders will end Sunday at 6:00pm.  Tickets will be sent home with your child on Tuesday, May 2^nd so be sure to check your child’s backpack on Tuesday!

There is a limit of a 2 tickets per Intermediate child.  The 2 tickets can be used for the same performance or split between performances.  Remaining tickets, if any, will be available at the office beginning Tuesday afterschool and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Note that there is no entrance to this event without a ticket.  While there is no cost for a ticket, donations will be accepted at the door.  All money collected will go to offset the costs of this production.  Thank you for your generosity!
