Classroom Modernization

Chartwell PAC 2024 - Uniting for Excellence

Dear Chartwell Parents and Guardians,

Chartwell school is embarking on a classroom modernization fundraiser -– Uniting for Excellence. This is an exciting endeavor that will positively impact all learners in our school. Our PAC has a long history of successful fundraising campaigns and we are hoping that this project will be no different.

At Chartwell we:

  • are dedicated to fostering academic excellence
  • prepare students for success in an ever-evolving society
  • create nurturing learning environments
  • instill a sense of belonging, pride, and self-advocacy

Throughout the campaign, we are committed to maintaining transparency by providing weekly updates via our school e-bulletin and social media platforms.

Your donation ensures that every student at Chartwell continues to receive an exceptional education. The campaign runs from February 20 to March 15, 2022, and while we suggest a donation of $300 per child, any contribution is greatly appreciated. Tax receipts will be provided for donations above $25 directly from the West Vancouver School District, and we aim to honor all contributions with certificates of appreciation.

To donate, simply log in to your School Cash Online account, select the “Make a Donation” button, choose the fund destination “Chartwell PAC Fundraiser – Uniting for Excellence,” enter your desired amount, and follow the payment instructions. Alternatively, visit the PAC Fundraising page on the Chartwell school website for a direct donation link.

For those who prefer to pay with cash or cheque, we can accommodate these donation methods; however, please note that tax receipts are only available for cheque or digital School Cash Online donations.

Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to academic excellence at Chartwell School.

Warm Regards,

Chartwell PAC Executive
