Grade 7 Farewell Fundraising

The last year of elementary school is meant to be a joyful segue way into new chapters in your child’s life; an opportunity to reflect upon your family’s years at Chartwell, and the friends and teachers they have met along the way.

The Grade 7 Farewell Committee Co-chairs have been working behind the scenes to set up the fundraising calendar for the 2017-2018 school year. The Farewell Ceremony is scheduled on the morning of Wednesday, June 27th in the gymnasium.

Creating a memorable ceremony and luncheon for the students is a group effort! We work throughout the year on fundraising to produce a lovely event that the whole family and the staff can be proud of and enjoy. To that end, we need you or your spouse to volunteer in various areas in order to achieve our fundraising goal and we believe we need 4 hours of your time between now and June 15th. If you cannot commit to provide your time, we ask that you provide money instead – we understand that your life is busy too and you might find giving money easier. In lieu of the 4 hours of time, we request you give a minimum $50 donation to the production costs of the Grade 7 Farewell. Cheques can be made out to CPAC, with Grade 7 in the reference, and dropped off at the office.
