Patti Williams Scholarship

In 2014 long-time Chartwell teacher Patti Williams retired after teaching for 37 years in West Vancouver – 31 of those at our school.

Mrs. Williams is recognized for her outstanding teaching. She taught every grade from 3 to 7 and for her last eight years, taught our Gr. 6/7’s and filled the formal role as Head Teacher at Chartwell for Principal Aron Campbell.

She spearheaded the Chartwell Gr 6/7 Leadership Club –fundraising for causes around the world and here at home, running 3-5 initiatives every year. Her passion for social responsibility and global awareness has inspired students throughout her career.  She had a tremendous impact on the lives of students at Chartwell over the years through her daily teaching, her leadership work with the upper divisions, and through mentoring of younger teachers.
