Congratulations to the cast and crew of Romeo & Juliet for a stellar sold out opening night! Cast and crew are reminded that their Thursday and Friday grade 7 matinee call times are 12pm at the KMC.
Attention Girls! The WV Soccer team is starting up next week. Tryouts will be held next Tuesday March 8 and Wednesday March 9 on the South Campus field after school. Please sign up outside the gym.

Grade 8s interested in Football, there is an information meeting today at lunch in Mr. Keary’s room in south campus.
Romeo and Juliet cast and crew are reminded to be at the KMC at 3pm Monday and 12:30 Tuesday for our last dress rehearsals. Come through the frosted glass stage door entrance outside, sign in, and sit in the audience for notes.
Grade 8: Course planning is due this today, Feb 28th by 3pm. Green forms must be handed into Ms. Krieger or your block 1 teacher.
The Sr Girls Basketball Team will be selling raffle tickets again Tuesday at Lunch outside the Cafeteria for a chance to win an "All My Relations" Basketball. The winner of the draw will be announced Tuesday at the end of the school day.
Each raffle ticket costs $2 and all the proceeds go to funding the AMR Indigenous Women's Basketball Team from the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.

The Wrestling team had great time at the BC Provincial Championships at the PNE this weekend. Congratulations to Rayne Tafreshi and Artin Safaei who both placed 5th in their weight class! Huge accomplishment! If you are interested in being part of the team, please see Mrs. Walton in the counselling office for more information. Beginners welcome!

Congratulation to our Highlander Junior Boys basketball team who have qualified for the BC Championships. The boys open up play with a game at 11:30am this Saturday at the Langley Events Center. Best of luck to the team as they try to win a
BC title.
Good luck to our WVSS wrestlers who will be competing at the BC provincial championships at the PNE tomorrow and Saturday.
