Attention Golfers! If you are interested in joining the Golf team there will be a lunch meeting on Thursday in room C301.
Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to the opening night of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Make sure to get your tickets in front of the cafeteria and join us starting tonight until Friday at the Kay Meek theater for a world of pure imagination! If you've got a sweet tooth, there will also be an array of chocolates and candy on sale at the concession. See you tonight!

The District Scholarship meeting is today at lunch in the Career programs office. If you are in Grade 12 and excel in Fine arts, Applied Skills, Athletics, Languages, or Trades, you can find out more on how to apply.
There will be a meeting for all Grade 8 football players today at lunch in Mr.Keary's room.
Open gym Volleyball today after school at 3:00 pm.
If you volunteered for the Grade 9 immunization clinic tomorrow, please go directly to the cafeteria for the block you signed up for and the health nurse will give you instructions on what you will be doing.

Attention all grads - a very important reminder from your Yearbook team - the deadline to submit your grad write ups and baby photos got the yearbook is coming up very soon! You have until March 6th to get yours in. Please visit the grad Facebook page or the counselling office to get the link to the google form if you do not already have it. Please contact Ms.Zanrosso with any questions.

Congratulations to all our provincial wrestlers this past weekend. Ethan Abacarius earned a 6th place medal, Tristan Langer a 4th place medal, and Trinity Davies won a 3rd place medal. Well done!

There will be a meeting for all Junior and Senior students interested in trying out for the WVSS Tennis Team next Tuesday, March 6th at lunch in Mr.Green's room C302. Tryouts will occur the last week before spring break. If you have any questions please see Mr.Green.

Congratulations to the girls Rugby team on a hard fought first game vs Chatalech yesterday. It was a 10-5 loss, but plenty of positive play from our girls. Standouts were Margot Warner, Georgia Devonshire, and Abby Young who had the lone try! Next game is Wednesday at home vs Moscrop. Come out and show your highlander pride!

For those students who have signed up for the hockey team there will be a brief but important meeting today at lunch in room T105.
Congratulations to the Senior Boys who defeated Carson Graham 58-44 last night in the Howe Sound semi-final action. Your Highlanders overcame 2 early fouls to Big Kevin and played stellar defense to secure their place in the final tonight. That's right your Highlanders will represent in the Howe Sound Quad A Final at Handsworth. Game time is 7:45 pm. Come on out and support your team!
