All clubs, new and returning, must be approved and have a teacher sponsor. Applications are due in the office by MONDAY October 4th. You will be emailed to indicate if your club has been approved and next steps. Get your applications in asap!

Grade 8 rugby practice will be on the gravel field today after X Block. The first game is October 4th, Monday!

The Senior girls Field Hockey play Rockridge today at 3:30 at Rutledge, so come out and support your Highlanders!

The PSAT (practice SAT) is being offered at our school on Wednesday, October 13th in the am. If you would like to take it, please register in the main office with Ms. Madill. The cost is $25.00

Congratulations to the Senior Girls Field Hockey team! They beat Collingwood yesterday by a score of 3-2. Sportsmanship award went to Emilie Berry and the Monarch of the Game went to Taylor Mason. The girls play Rockridge tomorrow at 330 at Rutledge, so come out and support your Highlanders!

Concert choir is looking for a student to accompany on piano. We meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the south gym from 7:30 – 8:20am. Grade 8 level RCM is suggested and a strong year. A grade 12 student will be able to support
with mentorship.

Get excited for the STUDENT VOTE! Today, Sept. 20, all students will vote for the candidate of their choice in the West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea-to-Sky riding. Do some research online through Macleans.ca or complete the Youth Vote Compass to find out more. Thank you to all student volunteers. North Campus volunteers - please meet in the library at the beginning of the block to learn about your responsibilities. South Campus volunteers - please meet in Room 57.

GRADE 8 RUGBY begins next Monday September 20th after school on the South Campus field. Sign up online, get your
parental consent forms in and have your cleats and mouth guard ready. We will learn how to tackle and play on the first day, be ready! See Mr. Johnson for more information in the LAC Rm 63 in South Campus.

THE TERRY FOX RUN is on September 28th 2021. This is an annual run to raise funds for cancer research.
