The WVSS Film Club is going to be meeting at Lunch on Mondays to watch and discuss Films. Come out to the first Meeting on Monday, November 1st in the Film Room (W143) to learn about the plans for the club and talk about the
movies we will be watching.

Senior girl’s volleyball continue their winning streak of 6-0 with a big match win versus a tough Seycove team last night 3-1. Excellent teamwork! Next week action heads to the Sunshine Coast on Tuesday and the STA on Thursday!

Highlanders, West Van High’s Halloween costume contest is back and there are prizes for the top 3 winners! Dress up in the scariest, funniest or craziest costume you can think of! All participants get free candy! The event will be held in the Old Gym TODAY at lunch. See you there.

The Sr. boys basketball open gym that was scheduled for today (Wed Oct 27) has been cancelled! There will be a basketball open gym for any boys in grade 10 interested in playing on the school team today (Wed Oct 27) at 5:30 in the old gym!
There is a meeting for any students interested in joining the badminton club, today at lunch in Room C332.

Great effort this weekend from the WVSS Sr volleyball team in their tournament...lots of tough matches, some wins and some losses but lots of teamwork and heart on the court1 Anyone who would like to support Win the Day
by donating for a t-shirt today can meet the grade11 athletes at the cafeteria at lunch. Wear your win the day shirt and come to the Senior volleyball team's last home game after school on Tuesday at 3:30 pm versus Elphinstone!
