IMPORTANT: Please Complete Online District Personal Verification, Emergency, Policy and Procedure Forms
This year all student verification and emergency information and district policy and procedures forms are to be completed online by parents. The student verification information is gathered through three tabs (Student Tab, Family Tab, Alerts Tab). In addition, these online forms also cover use of school internet, Google Apps for Education consent and media parental consent form. Due to privacy laws, THESE E-FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR. Failure to complete this form may result in your child being unable to do short walks with their class, access the internet at school or participate fully in some is some school activities.
