Hey West Van! The EPN club is proud to announce the first ever Tupperware Tuesday. Come to the cafeteria today at lunch and show us your waste-free lunch. You'll be entered into our draw to win a $20 girftcard from both Buddahful and Meet in Gastown!!! The winner will be announced at the end of the month. Come by today and show off your rockin' reusables!
Those Hockey Players wanting to play on the Highlander Hockey team this season, there is a signup sheet in the main office.
Come to room E301 @ lunch today for Kahoots and Snacks with the French Club! Bring your devises and a toonie for next week's Sugar Shack.
Submission entry is now closed for the Highlander Voices in Print, and we will start the selection and editing process this week. This will be a great opportunity to gain volunteering hours, so come to room W241 tomorrow and Thursday @ lunch. See you all then.

Submission entry in now closed for the Highlanders Voices in Print, and we will start the selection and editing process this week. This will be a great opportunity to gain volunteer hours so come to room W241 on Wednesday and Thursday @ lunch. See you there.
There is an important meeting for all the leaders of the Best Buddies Club on Tuesday @ lunch. All the leaders must try their best to make it to the meeting. Students who have not had their photo taken for a student card should come to the office at 1:30pm for pictures. This is only for NEW students who have not had their picture taken yet.
The Library will be closed from 10am until after lunch to welcome our new International Students.

All students going to the Orpheum Theatre should be on the bus by 10:10 at the latest.
Students who have NOT had their pictures taken for a student card should come the office on Monday Feb 4th at 1:30pm for pictures. This is only for new students who have not had their photo taken. See the list on the office to confirm.
The Lunchbox is our school's GSA (gender and sexuality alliance). The Lunchbox is a drop-in that happens in the dance studio every Friday at lunch. No labels, no judgement, no commitment. Come check it out today!
Improv Club meets today after school. Anyone interested in trying it out is welcome to come and join us in the drama room today after school.
The Library will be closed until lunch time today to welcome our new International Students.
Congratulations to the Grade 8 girls Basketball team who came back to beat Windsor in a very exciting quarter final game. In the second half, the girls worked together and executed the press perfectly. With several interceptions and an excellent showing from the foul line the girls came out on top. With the win, the girls move on to semi-final action next week! Go Highlanders!

Temple University Japan is visiting at lunch today by the cafeteria.
After and incredible season, the Grade 8 Bantom boys Basketball team lost an exciting back and forth game against Handsworth last night. After a strong comeback from half, thanks to amazing defense and hustle, the boys took the lead in the last quarter until the final minutes when Handsworth hung on to win 40 to 37. Great season boys, we look forward to seeing more in the years to come!
This is a reminder that the mixed chamber choir has a make-up rehearsal tomorrow morning at 7:30am. Again, that's the mixed chamber choir tomorrow at 7:30am.

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Basketball Team on a narrow 57-54 win over Carson Graham last night. Next up - Best of the West VS Sentinel this Thursday.
