A BIG congratulations to the grade 8 girls basketball team. Despite strong defensive play, they were unable to take the win at the V&D championship game. However they have qualified for Provincials. Good Luck Girls!
Congrats to our senior boys basketball team who advanced to the Howe Sound Final with an exciting 53-50 win over Handsworth last night. Your Highlanders played great defense. This gave them a chance late in the game to seal the victory. The Howe Sound Championship Game is Thursday night – 7:30pm at Handsworth. The team is hoping all those Best of the West fans can come out and support them as they try to advance to the BC Championships.
