A one hour presentation on what anxiety is, how it presents, why we need to be on top of it, the best strategies for prevention, managing it and the ten mind tricks that it plays on us.
Sharon’s book will be available to purchase onsite and $10 from every copy sold will go back to the school.

Sharon Selby (MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor) has been counselling children and families for over 20 years and is passionate about helping families feel less stress and anxiety and more calm in their lives.

She runs a busy private practice in West Vancouver, BC where she supports many children and teens with anxiety through 1:1 counselling and she also runs several groups throughout the year to teach children about anxiety and anxiety management strategies.

She has been featured on Breakfast Television, Fairchild Television, Empower Radio as well as an Anxiety Expert-on-Air for St. John Ambulance and has written articles for Westcoast Families and Island Families Magazines.
