Framework for Enhancing Student Learning (FESL)
Each school is required to have a Framework for Enhancing Student Learning (FESL) document which outlines specific goals and objectives to improve student success.
BICS goal is to enhance student sense of belonging through the improvement of literacy skills (targeted reading instruction), increasing multi-age learning and leadership opportunities (pods), and promoting our shared values of compassion, connection, curiosity, and confidence.
