Bowen Island Community School

Our School

Our mission is to meet the educational needs of our Community of Learners, so that members will be inspired to pursue lifelong learning. We will do this by providing diverse, stimulating learning experiences in a supportive environment which fosters mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Our Location

Bowen Island Community School (BICS) is situated in an idyllic setting just a short walk from picturesque Snug Cove. The school is the hub of the island as it provides a stimulating learning environment for students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 as well as a variety of community services and programs.
