IMPORTANT: Annual Forms and Required Parental Consent
Parents/documented legal guardians are required to complete two annual forms to ensure schools have the necessary and most up to date information on file, and that essential permissions and notifications have been completed for each student. EMERGENCY FORMS
A forms package will be sent home with your child. Please complete this and return to the school office as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding Emergency Preparedness, please contact the school office.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES
To order school supplies for the 2026/27 school year, please visit the EduPac Canada website. Orders can only be placed online here: EduPac, please use passcode 4530 to access our school lists.
