About the Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
As an Eagle Harbour Montessori School parent, you are a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and are welcome and encouraged to join us at PAC meetings.
PAC meetings are held on the second Tuesday morning of each month in the library. Meetings are scheduled at the beginning of the year and posted on the calendar on the school website. PAC meetings keep parents advised of school projects and events, and ongoing PAC business including financial position (budget, fundraising efforts and expenditures), committee reports, student enrichment and community initiatives. The school administration regularly participates in these meetings. Because some PAC initiatives require discussion and voting to move forward – and the PAC exec team cannot propose or second new business without membership present – your attendance at these meetings is tremendously helpful.
