Wrapping up your time in West Vancouver<\/h1><\/div>

We hope you have had a fabulous time in West Vancouver and have made memories and friendships that will last a lifetime! Departing and flight details<\/h1><\/div>

Students who are departing West Vancouver usually fall into one of three categories. Please follow the instructions that apply to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.Leaving Canada permanently<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Please upload your flight itinerary to your True North Portal<\/a> to confirm your departure plans and so that we can ensure that you have addressed all necessary arrangements. You can do so by logging in to True North using your user ID and password and uploading your flight itinerary. We will confirm by email to let you know that we received it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Going home for the summer and returning in September to an International Programs host family<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Please upload both your departure and return flight itineraries to your True North Portal<\/a>. You can do so by logging in to True North using your user ID and password and uploading your flight itinerary. We will confirm by email to let you know that we received it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Going home for the summer and returning in September to live with a parent or relative or private host<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

We trust you to take care of all your travel requirements. You do not need to notify us of your flights as long as you will not miss any school. If you depart before school ends in June or arrive after school begins in September, please upload both your departure and return flight itineraries to your True North Portal<\/a>. You can do so by logging in to True North using your user ID and password and uploading your flight itinerary. We will confirm by email to let you know that we received it.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the student\u2019s responsibility to ensure they can exit Canada successfully. Please be aware that you:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Must make transportation arrangements to YVR for your departure ahead of time and communicate these plans with your Accommodation Coordinator at\u00a0 host.coordinator@wvschools.ca<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Must make arrangements for all personal belongings to be taken home with your (or shipped at your own cost)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Travel with all necessary documents including:<\/span><\/p>\n
