Eagle Harbour Montessori made our annual presentation to school trustees on Tuesday, May 21. Upper Elementary students Jayden and Kia joined Mr. Price, and Capilano University student Meghan Orr and Professor Michael Markwick to share their experience with the Climate Change and Wildfire project the upper elementary students and fourth year Capilano University crisis communication students collaborated on. Board Members were very intrigued by the fact that the project connected a university class and an elementary class so closely. Kia and Jayden did a wonderful job answering the trustees’ questions at the end of the presentation.
