Message from the Ministry of Education regarding Provincial Exam Scores and Official Transcripts

“The Ministry has resolved the issue with student exam transcripts and the revised transcripts will be posted today. We have informed post secondary institutions to ensure student applications are not impacted. Students can access these results electronically HERE.  Students must have or create an account to access these scores from the Ministry of Education.  Students will need to know their PEN (Personal Education Number) to create an account.  Official Transcripts can be accessed HERE.
