- $1,200 CAD (≅ $900 USD) for the four-day institute if paid before June 1, 2017
- $1,400 CAD (≅ $1050 USD) for registration after June 1, 2017
- $600 CAD (≅ $450 USD) for the two-day Administrators and Coordinators Workshop
